In the four years since his abduction, Bill's videos have seemed to reflected a very loose, paradoxical and hard-to-comprehend grasp on reality. He's invented characters that he believes are figments of his imagination. Often he himself engages in hallucinations, though it is unclear is these hallucinations are his own, or fictional, created solely for his YouTube videos. One of these characters of his, Bag Boy, seems to be a constant source of anxiety in Bill's mind. He believes this figure is antagonizing and threatening him.
